Eligibility for Returns
- Product must be unused and in original condition with original packaging.
- Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- All tags, accessories, and accompanying documentation must be intact.
Damaged or Defective Items

Return Process
- Contact Us: Email contact.suvarnaera@gmail.com with Unboxing video, order number and reason for return.
- Authorization: Upon approval, we provide instructions for sending the product.
- Pack & Ship: Pack the item securely in original packaging and ship to the provided address.
- Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged/defective.
Refunds
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
- Credit applied to original payment method.
- Shipping fees included in refund only if item was damaged/defective.
Exchanges
- Direct exchanges are not available. Return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
